Restore purchases

Open the app → Settings (or the paywall) → "Restore purchases", signed in with the same Apple ID / Google account you bought with.

Cancel a subscription

iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Android: Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.

Refunds

Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com. Google Play: request a refund.

Delete your data

Use the in-app delete option or email us from the address you want handled.
